Board of Elders

Functions:

  1. Provide spiritual leadership and oversight of the church

  2. Coordinate worship services and ordinances

  3. Shepherd members through visitation, counseling, and care

  4. Ensure church policies and the Church Manual are followed

Personal Ministries Department

Functions:

  1. Lead soul-winning and outreach activities

  2. Train members in evangelism and witnessing

  3. Organize Bible studies and small evangelistic efforts

  4. Coordinate literature distribution and community outreach

Sabbath School Department

Functions:

  1. Promote systematic Bible study

  2. Organize Sabbath School classes for all age groups

  3. Encourage mission awareness and offerings

  4. Train teachers and class leaders

Youth Ministries Department

(Includes Senior Youth, Ambassadors, Young Adults)
Functions:

  1. Nurture spiritual growth among young people

  2. Engage youth in church leadership and service

  3. Organize youth evangelism and outreach

  4. Promote leadership development and mentorship

Pathfinder Club Department

Functions:

  1. Develop physical, mental, and spiritual growth of youth

  2. Promote discipline, teamwork, and leadership

  3. Conduct outdoor, community, and service activities

  4. Prepare youth for active church service

Adventurer Club Department

Functions:

  1. Support the spiritual growth of children (ages 4–9)

  2. Teach life skills, discipline, and Christian values

  3. Strengthen parent–child relationships

  4. Encourage early involvement in church life

Children’s Ministries Department

Functions:

  1. Provide age-appropriate spiritual instruction

  2. Coordinate children’s Sabbath programs and activities

  3. Train children’s leaders and teachers

  4. Create a safe and nurturing environment for children

Women’s Ministries Department

Functions:

  1. Support women’s spiritual growth

  2. Address women’s needs within the church and community

  3. Promote mentorship and fellowship among women

  4. Coordinate outreach and family-support programs

Adventists Men Organisation

Functions:

  1. Encourage spiritual leadership among men

  2. Strengthen families through responsible male role models

  3. Organize mentorship and fellowship activities

  4. Support evangelism and church projects

Dorcas Ministry

Functions:

  1. Nurture women’s spiritual growth through prayer
  2. Support welfare and needs of women
  3. Promote mentorship, unity, fellowship among women
  4. Coordinate outreach, visitation and family support

  1. Promote strong Christian families

Stewardship Department

Functions:

  1. Teach biblical stewardship principles

  2. Promote faithfulness in tithes and offerings

  3. Encourage time and talent stewardship

  4. Support financial faithfulness education

Treasury / Finance Department

Functions:

  1. Receive and record tithes and offerings

  2. Maintain accurate financial records

  3. Prepare financial reports for the church

  4. Ensure proper handling and remittance of funds

Communications Department

Functions:

  1. Manage church announcements and information flow

  2. Handle church publicity and media presence

  3. Maintain church website and social media

  4. Promote church programs to members and the public

Religious Liberty Department

Functions:

  1. Promote freedom of religion and conscience

  2. Educate members on religious liberty issues

  3. Advocate for religious rights within the law

  4. Coordinate public awareness activities

Publishing Department

Functions:

  1. Promote distribution of Adventist literature

  2. Support literature evangelism

  3. Encourage members to use printed and digital resources

  4. Coordinate literature campaigns

Education Department

Functions:

  1. Promote Adventist education

  2. Support church schools and students

  3. Encourage lifelong learning

  4. Coordinate education-related programs

Building Department

Functions:

  1. Oversee church infrastructure projects

  2. Plan construction and maintenance activities

  3. Ensure compliance with church policies

  4. Coordinate fundraising for development projects

Health Ministries Department

Functions:

  1. Promote the Adventist health message

  2. Conduct health education and wellness programs

  3. Encourage healthy lifestyle practices

Music Department
